No long walk for fresh bread

According to Gfk Shopping Monitor research people buy the daily fresh bread and baker'products near to theirs home.

Since 1990 the eating habits changed, people eat more healthy,
twice a week there is brown bread on the table. In 2004 only half of the people
went to buy bread to the nearest store, now it is 70%. One third of the households
buy the baker' products at the hypermarkets, but a growing mass, 14 uses the baker'
shops again.
