Nébih: Hungary is not involved in the “Dutch egg case”
Hungary is not involved in the “Dutch egg case” on the basis of current information – the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) told MTI.
The Minister of State responsible for food chain security ordered the target checking of egg products arriving to Hungary from the beginning of August until the end of August.
The Dutch Food Safety Authority, NVWA, on Wednesday urged the people of the country to temporarily refrain from eating eggs due to suspicion of poisonous insecticide contamination by Fipronil. (MTI)
