Nébih: the durability of food appreciated during the emergency
The representative online consumer survey of 3,000 people was conducted in early May.
Nébih emphasized that the pandemiological emergency did not change the basic consumer habits related to the purchase of food, the mode of purchase and the order of preference of the factors influencing the purchase have changed as well.
Shorter sales routes became more valuable, which favored food produced in Hungary. (MTI)
