Mustard-flavored beer was marketed in America
Most wheat beers are naturally bright yellow in color. But there is something else behind the color of the nectar from the collaboration between the Oskar Blues craft brewery and the French’s mustard brand: one of America’s favorite spices – origo wrote after fooddive.com.
In honor of National Mustard Day, Oskar Blues launched a beer brewed with mustard.
According to the press release, the beer is also mixed with lime, lemon, mandarin and passion fruit to make a truly refreshing adult drink, such as for grilling. (Fooddive.com, origo)
