The proportion of inactive among temporary workers is around 5 percent
The number of temporary workers increased to 180,000 by February, and the proportion of inactive workers fell to a lower level than before the pandemic, to 5 percent, the Hungarian National Temporary Workers’ Association (MMOSZ) told MTI on Monday.
It was recalled that at the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, the proportion of temporary workers in inactive status – sick leave or sick leave, legal paid leave, downtime, transferred working days, unpaid leave – suddenly more than tripled to 30% as a result of the reorganisations. (MTI)
