Müller Milk: 100-million-pound programme to transform the fresh milk business
Britain’s Müller Milk & Ingredients has announced a GBP 100-million cost and margin improvement programme – Project Darwin – that will transform its business in a way that benefits consumers, employees and farmers. The 12-month project, which is already underway, seeks to simplify business, cut costs, and further improve customer focus and accountability.
