Restaurants and swimming pools are open in Moscow
River passenger transport has started in the Russian capital, libraries, kindergartens and social protection institutions are also returning to normal work schedules. Playgrounds and outdoor sports equipment can be used again. Tourist offices can operate, although the restriction on group trips in Moscow and the obligation to wear masks and keep a distance in public places have not yet been lifted. It is still forbidden to organize mass events. (Pogár Demeter, MTI)
