From now on there will be more meat in the sausages

Sausages and parisians should contain more meat, because the regulations of the Hungarian Food Code will change.

The use of mechanically separated meat was tightened as well. New quality requirements have been specified in the baking industry as well. According to the agricultural ministry, the purpose of the changes will provide better quality products to the consumers. (MTI)
