From now on, vegan KITKAT will also be available as a permanent product
The completely plant-based KITKAT V was released last year, with the introduction of which the manufacturer fulfilled an old consumer wish. Based on the extremely positive feedback, Nestlé will include the vegan delicacy in its permanent offer from September 1, which will be distributed in 16 European countries.

Vegans are happy to welcome the new product
Before the current, widespread introduction of KITKAT V, consumers in the United Kingdom and some other countries, including Hungary, could taste the plant-based novelty for the first time. Based on the high demand and positive feedback, the manufacturer will make the long-awaited delicacy available throughout the region from September.
“A quiet revolution is taking place in the confectionery industry, more and more people are looking for plant-based alternatives. We believe in this trend, which is why we already presented a vegan alternative to one of our most popular brands to Hungarian consumers last year. The positive reactions confirmed us that we are on the right track”
– said Miklós Panna, head of Nestlé Hungária’s confectionery business.
