”I perfer fermented ingredients at the moment”
This time Attila Kolozs from Heinemann, brand ambassador of Suntory talks about his work and plans in our series: “I have been working in hospitality for as long as I can remember. I have been voted one of Hungary’s Top 5 Bartenders twice. As part of our brand building work, I hold several masterclasses a month in restaurants and bars, where colleagues and guests can learn about and taste our products.

Bartenders are focusing more on non-alcoholic spirits at the moment and gin and tonic is still very popular. I like to combine different cocktail-making techniques. Fermented ingredients are my favourites at the moment, as they can be used to create really exciting flavours. My most successful cocktail has been Japanese Fratello”.
