MKIK-GVI: Business confidence is constantly improving in Hungary
The level of business confidence in Hungary is continuously improving after the spring 2020 low, compared to April 2021. The quarterly economic growth index of the MKIK Institute of Economics and Entrepreneurship increased from 27 to 32 points, the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Institute of Economics and Entrepreneurship (MKIK GVI) told MTI.
In MKIK GVI’s quarterly business survey, 350 executives were asked about their company’s business situation and prospects.
It was highlighted in the announcement that the 32-point value of the July quarterly business cycle indicator had essentially reached the 33-point level of January 2020, which was the period immediately preceding the coronavirus pandemic. (MTI)
