What will we be eating in 30 years’ time?
A representative survey conducted by K&H with 600 participants has revealed that Hungarians reckon: allergen-free, organic, vegan and paleo food will be popular 30 years from now. Respondents expect the biggest drop in meat and dairy product consumption, but experts forecast that meat consumption will surge at global level in the next three decades. By 2050 the world’s population will be 30 percent bigger, but demand for food will increase by 70 percent.
