MIRELITE, the preserved value

MIRELITE is a brand that was established in 1945 and it is now going strong again. MIRELITE MIRSA Zrt. manufactures traditional quality products using Hungarian ingredients and Hungarian labour in Hungary. The story of MIRELITE started at the end of World War II in Csepel, where the frozen product manufacturing plant was built. Few people know that brand name is an acronym for Elite Product of the Agricultural-Industrial Joint Stock Company (Mezőgazdasági Ipari Részvénytársaság Elite). On the new-design packaging of MIRELITE MIRSA Zrt.’s products the IBAM code is indicated, together with nutritional information for conscious consumers. On the back of products shoppers’ attention is called to other MIRELITE products. Traditional meat products of the company include Sirloin Rolls, Liver Balls, Wedding Liver Dumplings and Meat Scones. From semi-finished products Semolina Dumplings make the life of housewives easier, Vadas Sauce tastes delicious because carrots are not puréed but pressed in order to have small bits in the otherwise creamy sauce; this product has already won the Hungarian product Grand Prize. Prune-filled Dumplings are traditionally popular among Hungarian consumers, but Sour Cherry- and Apricot-filled Dumplings are also available. MIRELITE fruit products: Forest Fruit Mix, Fruit Soup Base and Pipped Sour Cherry. Vegetable products include Young Green Peas, Soup Vegetables, Russian Salad, Rich Mexican Mix with 5 ingredients, Royal Vegetable Mix and Yellow Beans.
