Countless arguments can be put forward in favor of frequent fish consumption. One of them is that it has a lot of positive physiological effects. The other is that November 21 is World Fisheries Day, and it’s worth celebrating with a delicious fish dish. Finally, tenders can now be made for high-quality fresh fish meat.

Fish with oily meat (e.g. salmon, herring) provide more energy, while white-meat fish (e.g. cod, flounder) provide less energy. In addition, fish contains, among other things, high-quality protein necessary for muscle building and the smooth functioning of the immune system. And it can also contain proven high quality, since fresh fish meat can be applied for the KMÉ trademark.
