Magazine: Ministerial decree on self-reviewing
Last year the Ministry of Agriculture published decree 28/2017. (V. 30.) on the self-review systems to be operated by food industry enterprises. Some enterprises got a bit worried in the food industry, but for those who had already been following the rules day after day, the new decree created no extra costs or administrative tasks – told Anna Zoltai, the National Food Chain Safety Office’s (NÉBIH) head of department.
For the self-review enterprises must make a plan – either a handwritten one or as a spreadsheet on a computer – that they keep implementing. This plan must be available for minimum one year to the representatives of the authorities in the building, whenever they pay a visit. NÉBIH makes great efforts to create a win-win situation. //
