More local products in public service catering

As much locally produced healthy food must be used in public service catering as possible – stipulates the new regulation on public service catering, which entered into force this year. No carbonated or sugary soft drinks are allowed to be served and high-fat meats are also forbidden to be used. Salt intake must be reduced by 10 percent in public service catering before 2020.
