Everything, no matter from where
On 14 October Ecommerce Hungary organised a conference on mobile apps. Because of the digitalisation and mobile first trends, today’s shopping habits are characterised by the ‘buying everything, no matter from where, as quickly as possible’ attitude. Mobile apps are the perfect tool for offering personalised service to consumers in the omnichannel world. Zsigmond Máriás, managing director of LogiNet Systems Kft. told in his presentation that the sales efficiency of smartphone apps is growing, plus the proportion of mobile users is increasing within total online sales.
Márk Szomolányi, Auchan Hungary’s digital and E-commerce director talked about how their app speeded up online shopping and made it more comfortable. The app’s share in total sales revenue is already bigger than that of mobile web. At the end of the conference there was a roundtable discussion, where the two speakers were joined by Tamás Bónis from Ingatlan.com, Zoltán Patai from Netpincér, Áron Szőts from Bortársaság and Ecommerce Hungary president Sándor Nagy as the moderator. //
