In mid-May a temporary exhibition opened at the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Tourism (MKVM), exploring the connections of our iconic dish, goulash with gastronomy, tradition, community, identity and art.

Goulash is one of the most popular Hungarian dishes, which is known worldwide. Since 2017 it has been included on the list of Hungaricums. Cooking goulash soup and stew is still a common activity among Hungarians at various festivals and family events. //
