“Our biggest success story is related to our loyalty card programme: we have 2 million Clubcard transaction per week and lots of shoppers use the Clubcard app”,
adds the CEO.
Tesco continued to invest in modernising stores, expanding the Tesco from Home service, increasing the number of self-service checkouts, and making the Scan&Shop service available in all our hypermarkets. There are solar panels on the roofs of 25 of small format Tesco stores. Tesco’s objective is to ensure that consumers can shop the way they want to in every way: online, in small express stores, supermarkets or hypermarkets. In short: everyone should have their own Tesco! //
