Every fourth employee has the opportunity to work remotely in Hungary
As a result of the coronavirus epidemic, the home office has spread widely in our country as well, but its presence has changed significantly compared to the situation at that time and has become rarer. Currently, six out of ten employees do not have the opportunity to work from home, and only 9% of them can decide about this completely freely, according to the latest representative survey of Profession.hu.
The job portal asked Hungarian employees how their obligation to visit the workplace developed after the pandemic, and what opportunities they currently have to choose the location of their work. Although the attitude of companies towards the home office has become more flexible in the last few years, many workers still feel that they are not allowed to do so, even though they could perform their tasks properly from home.
