Mihályi László: all conditions are given that Hungarian confectionery to catch up with the world
All conditions are given that Hungarian confectionery to catch up with the world: the fundamentals, the tradition, preparedness, but the “pieces of the puzzle” are still scattered – Mihály László confectionery and owner of the Váci Desszert Szalon told MTI at the Gastronomika world Congress, in San Sebastián, Spain, where he held a lecture for the international professional audience.
“A very serious development can be seen through the successes of the Michelin-star restaurants. These restaurants are on track now, but in case of confectionery, you could say that the space rocket ride is ready, but it is a matter of time before when we start the missiles”- Mihályi László added.
