The International Taste Institute in Brussels recognized the Hungarian fiber drink with another Superior Taste Award, i.e. the grand prize for outstanding taste. The domestically developed activated FiberShake, which supports health-conscious nutrition, accepted the competition for the second time in front of a jury of 250 internationally recognized professionals representing the gastronomic societies of 15 European countries.

The Superior Taste Award is awarded after a five-point, complex analysis by a jury of outstanding gastronomic experts from the Brussels-based International Taste Institute, which this year also included chefs from several Michelin-starred restaurants, renowned sommeliers and winners of Bocuse d’Or competitions. too.

The gastronomic success of activé’s FiberShake fiber drink indicates that those seeking a healthy diet do not have to give up culinary experiences. The fiber shake, which provides 1/3 of the daily recommended fiber requirement, has already been recognized with international awards several times: it won the best healthy drink category at the London International Food Innovation Awards in 2021 for its health-promoting effect, and in 2022 it was awarded the Superior Taste Award salt-caramel flavor variation. One of the most prestigious awards in the food industry was launched by the International Taste Institute – similar to the Michelin Guide – in order to contribute to the ever-higher gastronomic standards with the value judgment of outstanding professionals. While the Michelin stars mark restaurant quality, the Superior Taste Award stars show excellence in ready-to-eat food and drinks. The members of the 250-person jury have a total of 86 Michelin stars.
