I can’t remember exactly what my answer was at the time, but I am sure I wanted to be a fireman, a policeman or the captain of a boat. When 21 years ago food industry professionals founded the Chain Bridge Club and invited me to join, we often asked ourselves: what do we want to achieve, in other words: what will the club be when it grows up? We couldn’t really answer this question at that time, but today we are very proud that the club has reached adulthood and has been an active player in the food community for 21 years. Over the years we have corrected our initial mistakes and have always set ourselves new goals. The board and the members have played an indisputable role in the coming of age of the Chain Bridge Club, and Zsuzsa Hermann had a decisive role in the development of our club. Thank you for all this, dear Zsu! By the age of 21 the Chain Bridge Club has become a well-known club, which is both a key player in the economic community and a committed supporter and patron of young professionals. It has created real value in this field that is exemplary not only for the world of today, but also for posterity. //
