Too Good To Go tests AI inventory management
Too Good To Go is the latest to use artificial intelligence to help fight food waste. The “Platform” app helps food retailers manage the excess stock, which is typically a labour-intensive thing to do. The app features five modules, including a digital expiry date check. Store employees can add surplus food directly to Too Good To Go Surprise Packs, but can also connect to external donation apps.
