Beekeeping Association: the number of beekeepers is reducing
In the past one or two years, the number of beekeepers has begun to decline as it becomes increasingly difficult to keep bees, the president of the National Hungarian Beekeeping Association told M1 news channel on Wednesday.
Bross Peter, the president of the National Hungarian Beekeeping Association said that the reason for the decline is that high skills are needed for beekeeping and that the honey season is reduced to two months, so beekeepers can earn less money.
