Czech Agrofert bought the agricultural product distibution network of IKR Zrt.
The Czech Agrofert Holding bought the agricultural products distibution network of IKR – Agrofert announced in Prague on Thursday. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The earnings received from the department bought from IKR Zrt. will be around 2.7 billion czech crowns, and the Agrofert takes over the company's 445 employees in Hungary as well. According to Agrofert’s communication, the purchased Hungarian firms have a more than 7,000 hectares of farm land and dealing primarily with pig breeding and pork processing. (MTI)
