The beach dish of the year was selected

The beach dish of the year has become the catfish and potato dish of the Kalóz (Pirate) beach restaurant in Fövenyes, near the Lake Balaton – Kardos Gábor, President of the Balatoni Kör told MTI. The Balatoni Kör aims to revitalize the buffet culture near the lake. MTI.

The initial selection was performed by the We Love Lake (welovebalaton.hu website). The jury consisted of well-known restauranteurs and wine-makers of the lake. It is hoped that the winning dish, known as the “Fish and Chips of the Lake Balaton ” will be in competition with the hake. (MTI)
