The purchase contract of the Pápai Hús was concluded

The liquidator of the National Reorganization Nonprofit Ltd. told MTI on Thursday that the contract with the winner of the tender has been concluded for the assets of the Pápai Meat Group (Pápai Hús).

Szegőné Kemerle Judit told that the preparation for the handover has started. The winner, the TANO Commerce Kft. should pay the 1.134 billion HUF purchase price for the Pápai Meat Group (Pápai Hús) within thirty days. (MTI)
