Summer tourist checks have begun

Summer tourist checks have begun, which will take place mainly at festivals and various events – the Ministry of National Development, the National Consumer Protection Authority (NFH) and the European Consumer Centre (EFK) told MTI in their joint communique released on Wednesday.

According to the information the inspections shall include the tourist services and price indications, among others. The staff of the consumer protection authority will also appear on beaches, adventure spas, wellness and medical tourism facilities, at a variety of dining, recreational and cultural events, catering units in the tourism-frequented locations.
