Even more important is reliable delivery and the fastest possible warranty administration if the item selected in the webshop is intended as a Christmas gift. It may be worthwhile to ask for the free participation of the European Consumer Center (EFC) in the green branch of the German, Czech or Romanian webshops, the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) recommends in a statement issued on Friday.
