The 5th Debrecziner Gourmet (DG) festival will focus on the combination of mangalica, chili and plum. The three-day gastronomic event started on Friday in the Great Forest of Debrecen, the chief organizer of the meeting told MTI.

According to the announcement of Kerekes Sándor, the audience can also meet the dishes of more than thirty exhibitors, including the young chef of the Year Mede Ádám, the Michelin-starred chef Mészáros Ádám and Barna Ádám, on the shores of Lake Békás. (MTI)
