Mangalica exports may begin in the United States
Hungarian mangalica exports may begin in the United States of America – the president of the National Association of Mangalica Breeders told MTI.
Tóth Péter told that the export opportunities are now expanding with the US market. He said that the first fresh, frozen Hungarian shipment has arrived to the United States in the past few days, although so far only 60 kilograms, which is used for culinary demos. The foods prepared of managalica meat will be presented on Thursday in Houston, Texas as part of a banquet. In addition, there will be premieres in Dallas and in New York. (MTI)
