The jam of the Carpathian Basin was produced at the Jam-brewing Festival in Kétpó. The plum was brought from beyond the border (from Őrvidék, Felvidék, Kárpátalja, Erdély and Vajdaság) and from several settlements of the country.
The fruits were poured into a bowl and cooked for jam for nearly eight hours, constantly stirred. (MTI)
