Brexit will affect the Hungarian pet food production
Britain is the 10th most important export partner for Hungary, especially for pet food manufacturers. Fodder, pet treats and other products made for pets are almost one-fifth of our agricultural exports – agrarszektor.hu wrote.
British exports to the European Union grew by 6.8 percent year-on-year, compared to the first quarter of the year, while EU exports to the UK were only 0.9 percent, according to Atradius Credit Insurance company. Analysts say this is due to the weakening of the pounds. (agrarszektor.hu)
