An agreement was reached on wages for 2023 at SPAR
SPAR Magyarország Kereskedelmi Kft. and the Trade Union of Commercial Employees (KASZ) successfully agreed on the 2023 wage improvement. According to the agreement, the 13th month allowance, the SPAR Loyalty program and the employees’ 15% shopping discount will also remain. The company will also implement the wage improvement this year exclusively using its own funds.
From January 1, 2023, the lowest basic salary available for employees performing commercial activities in the network is HUF 330,000 gross after the trial period. The lowest gross basic salary in economically privileged areas is HUF 350,000. At stores with outstanding performance, colleagues are entitled to an additional monthly gross allowance of HUF 10,000. In addition, since in a narrower range of stores, in addition to the workload caused by the outstanding performance, the labor market situation also poses an additional challenge, a new gross allowance of HUF 30,000 will be introduced for the affected stores. At the same time, depending on the size, turnover and business performance of the stores, the basic salary of the middle managers of the stores will be between HUF 380 and HUF 540 thousand gross. In addition to the base salary, the company will of course also supplement its own loyalty program in the future.
