More natural raw materials are needed in mass catering
The government’s goal is to use less artificial and more natural raw materials in school catering – Rétvári Bence, Parliamentary Minister of State of the Ministry of Human Resources said on Thursday, before a cooking competition in Budapest.
He stressed the importance of health preservation, healthier way of life, more moving, a stress-free life, and that people need to pay more attention to what they eat. He also recalled government measures aimed at health preservation.
