Mastercard: adventure gifts gaining popularity for Christmas
According to a Mastercard’s survey, 8 percent of the Hungarians start Christmas shopping in September, with nearly one in two adults shopping for the holidays in November.
This is due, on the one hand, to financial awareness, because foresight means the sharing of costs, and, on the other hand, the popularity of “adventure gifts” encourages customers to pre-book. The largest turnover in stores is expected to be on 29 November, during the Black Friday action.
