Martin's Day Wine Festival in the Gellért Hotel
Beijing goose and goose sushi can be tasted at the 5th Martin Day Wine Festival of the Gellért Hotel, which this year awaits the guests from Thursday to Sunday.
The series of events will start with a beer course and with a Scottish-Hungarian beer dinner on Thursday, where Paul Mizener Scottish chef and Frideczky András, chef of the Gellért Beer Garden will provide a special menu bar that the visitors can taste. Before the menu bar that even contains the Scottish haggis inter alia, Katona Csaba historian will hold a beer course with six types of items – the organizers told MTI. (MTI)
