The product board would help the consumption of poultry meat with a marketing campaign
Hungary’s poultry exports increased by twenty percent, compared to last year’s same period – Magyar Hírlap wrote. Csorbai Attila, Director of the Poultry Product Council, said that it would also mobilize its own resources to launch a campaign to stimulate poultry consumption.
According to the European Commission’s medium-term forecast, further growth of EU poultry meat production is expected by 2030 – according to the latest report of the Agricultural Research Institute. The study also points out that the Community’s poultry meat production could be 14.9 million tonnes this year, which would be a slight increase, compared to the previous year.
