Reusable fruit and vegetable bags and silicone lids are already available in SPAR’s entire store network.
“SPAR constantly monitors the needs of customers committed to the environment and takes them into account when developing its sustainability policy. Following the testing and introduction of reusable fruit and vegetable bags last year, the company has already made environmentally friendly bakery containers and reusable silicone closures for closing glass dairy products available throughout its store network. With this alternative solution, we offer our customers another opportunity for more environmentally conscious shopping, ” Maczelka Márk, Communications Manager said.
