Already 31 percent of medium and large companies use artificial intelligence
31 percent of medium-sized and large companies already use artificial intelligence in one of their processes on a regular basis, and another 19 percent on an experimental basis, according to an international survey conducted by United Call Centers (UCC) among corporate decision-makers. 38 percent of the respondents believe that the introduction of AI will significantly improve their company’s competitiveness and innovation capacity, and 44 percent of them believe that artificial intelligence will be one of the key elements of the operation.
UCC, as a business partner of IBM, assessed the main factors of the corporate application of AI in its questionnaire research reaching corporate decision-makers in Western Europe and the United States. According to their responses to the questionnaire, half of medium and larger companies are already using AI at least on an experimental basis, and another 37 percent of companies said that they know it, but have not yet implemented it.
The respondents expect a significant impact from the application of artificial intelligence in the fields of data management and analysis, customer service and support, as well as marketing and sales, but they see significant potential in product development and design, as well as financial and accounting. also in the development of processes.
