The new volume of Így főz presents Hungary’s most famous dishes

The That is How Hungary Cooks (Így főz Magyarország) book summarizes the favorite dishes of public figures and winemakers from nine tourist regions of the country and from the cross-border regions.



The 8th volume of the series was published for the 77th National Agricultural Exhibition and Fair (OMÉK). In the book, public figures, athletes, winemakers, will share a personal story from their lives, in addition will share their favorite recipes with the readers as well – Őszy-Tóth Gábriel, the book’s writer and editor of said onTuesday. A total of 77 recipes can be found in the book.
