Hungary is a major beneficiary of EU funds
In terms of funding Hungary remains one of the largest net beneficiary of the EU, over the next seven years – Szűcs Tamás, the Head of European Commission’s Representation in Hungary told on Tuesday, at the conference of the EU Successful Applications Preparatory Conference Series (SUPER) in Szombathely.
He recalled that Hungary between 2014-2020 will receive 25 billion HUF support from the European Union's structural and investment foundations, of which the agricultural direct payments and subsidies of the sector will also be added. The expected support will reach 34 billion euros, ie 12 thousand billion HUF. (MTI)
