Hungarian Product trade forum at CBA
HUNGARIAN PRODUCT Nonprofit Kft. started a new programme series in the summer of 2018: retail chains invite trademark users for a trade forum to discuss the most important matters and make their cooperation more efficient. The first host was CBA, who welcomed 30 Hungarian Product trademark users – some of whom aren’t partners of the retail chain yet.
The forum allowed CBA to learn manufacturers’ opinion
Zoltán Noszlopy, purchasing director of CBA Kereskedelmi Kft. told our magazine that the parties analysed the joint Hungarian Product prize game promotion that had been implemented in the summer. Mr Noszlopy also introduced the display programme and promotional product placement opportunities offered by CBA and Príma. CBA monitors customer satisfaction and shapes its product selection in accordance with the results. The last customer satisfaction survey found that shoppers would like to see more of the retail chain’s private label (PL) products on the shelves. CBA already has plans on extending its PL range.
