Hungarian-Russian negotiations on food security in Budapest
Bognár Lajos, Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM), and Alexei Alekszejenko, deputy leader of the the Russian Federation’s Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (Rosszelhoznadzor) were discussing about the widening of the cooperation between the Hungarian and Russian food safety authorities.
About the discussions Bognár Lajos told MTI that he negotiated about technical solutions with his Russian counterpart.
At the discussion it was mentioned that the Hungarian meat companies need to provide better knowledge about the Russian requirements and expectations, as well as closer scientific connection in epidemic issues. (MTI)
