Spanish star chefs loved the Hungarian dishes at the Gastronomika Congress
“During four days of 1400 doses of goulash soup, 1400 doses of stuffed cabbage and 600 doses of Somlói Galuska was consumed” – Pataky Péter chef told.
Three world-renowned Spanish chef with three Michelin stars each, Martin Berasategui, Juan Mari Arzak and Pedro Subijana asked for more from the dishes of the Hungarian team. “It is a very great recognition ” – Pataky Péter added enthusiastically. (MTI, Fehér Krisztina)
