Magazine: Major league catering – Part 4
Kaefer is a ‘Feinkostladen’ in the city centre – basically a delicatessen shop that in this case is more like a smaller department store, with 14 small luxury shops located next to each other, selling confectionery, meat, cheese and the like. Everything they sell is of premium quality and prices are in line with this, e.g. the cheapest bread roll costs 1.3 euro. Customers’ cars are parked in the garage by store staff just like in luxury hotels. Above the store there is a top restaurant that has many special rooms with separate concepts and matching design. The company’s party service division is proud to have BMW, AUDI and the famous Benetton family among its customers.
