The fact that its creator trademarked the product with the US Patent Office guarantees that it will not reach the masses. What is more, one. Another food mash-up that appeals to many is Ramen Burger. It debuted at Brooklyn’s Smorgasburg food fair. It consists of a beef patty between two fried noodle patties and it isn’t patented – the answer came only a week later, from Philadelphia: spaghetti burger!
