Sharing has arrived at Budapest too: in a restaurant people around the same table are eating from the same bowls and dishes. This can give guests a feeling of being close to one another, while serving the food becomes simpler for the restaurant. Kiosk is the restaurant that first adopted this concept in Budapest. Chef Gábor Orosz told us that they offer gluten- and lactose-free and vegetarian dishes too.
