Magazine: They never stop
Ostorosbor, one of Hungary’s best-known large scale wineries never stops developing. President-director Gergő Soltész told our magazine that the winery significantly increased its fermentation and storage capacity. In 2015 Ostorosbor sold 1.5 times more premium wine than in the previous year. The winery’s Csipke rosé cuvée was voted best young wine of 2015.
They started selling four types of wine in 3-litre bag-in-box packaging. Ostorosbor opened a spectacular, large wine cellar for visitors in Szépasszony Valley, where 100-120 guests can be seated. They plan to plant new grape vines on 100 hectares of land and will invest in technological development too. The new Soltész premium wine selection will soon be available to wine lovers.
